Return and Refund Policy

At Thandichai, we value your satisfaction and are committed to delivering quality products. However, due to the nature of our offerings, certain limitations apply to returns and refunds.

1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, if not already shipped.

Email your cancellation request to thandichaiweb@gmail.com with your order number.

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement only in the following cases:

You received the wrong item.

The product is damaged or defective.

The item is confirmed lost in transit.

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery, and items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

You don’t like the product after receiving it.

Minor differences in color, design, or texture due to photography or screen settings.

The product was used or not returned in its original condition.

Delays caused by the courier once the product is shipped.

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items (if applicable).

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI (details to be provided by the customer).

5. Return Shipping

If a return is approved, we’ll guide you on return shipping or arrange a pickup if available.

In some cases, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.
